But for Caitlin Boshnack, it has always been about people — their emotions, their fears, their stories, and the major transitions that shape their lives.

Caitlin earned her degree in psychology because she was fascinated by how people think and feel. That same curiosity and care have been the throughline of every career she’s pursued. She’s guided college students through major life transitions, planned weddings full of family dynamics and emotion, and now helps clients move through retirement and other significant life changes with clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.

She entered the financial services industry after realizing how much the field overlooked the emotional side of money. In her early career, she noticed how rigid some firms were — emphasizing scripts and presentations over meaningful connection. While others focused on rehearsed talking points, Caitlin believed the most important work happened when the client felt truly seen and heard.

That realization inspired her to launch A New Dawn Financial — a firm built around thoughtful guidance, intentional planning, and real relationships. Caitlin works with clients navigating retirement, widowhood, early exits from the workforce, or other transitions that require both technical expertise and a grounded, empathetic approach.

Her clients trust her because she listens, explains clearly without jargon, and pays attention to the details others often overlook. She stays with them through the hard questions and the big decisions, helping them move forward with clarity and renewed purpose.

Because retirement isn't just a financial milestone — it’s a major identity shift. And Caitlin believes that planning for what’s next should honor both the numbers and the human experience behind them.

Away from the office, Caitlin’s greatest joy is being mom to Davin and Maceo, and wife to Blake. You’ll often find her cheering from the sidelines of Maceo’s basketball games or building intricate Lego creations with Davin. As a family, they believe in making meaningful memories together — and one of their favorite places to do just that is Disney World.
